RedTeam is by definition, a tactical team, trained to replicate methods likely to be used by terrorists and criminals against specific buildings and sites.

The activity of the RedTeam generally involves assessing weaknesses and limitations of systems and structures. Performing active tests is the only way to evaluate the effectiveness and follow-up of the procedures in place.

Various public and private entities such as airport security organizations, other transport systems, federal buildings, companies, nuclear power stations, are now using RedTeam.
